Maintaining your hair shouldn’t feel like a second job or a sensory nightmare. Whether we did a total transformation or a quick refresh, here is how to keep your hair healthy without the executive function burnout.

I design my colors to grow out beautifully, allowing you to choose the maintenance level that fits your energy and budget.

  • Haircut (6–8 Weeks) | $75 A standalone haircut to maintain your shape or refresh your style. This includes my full grounding ritual at the bowl and style.
  • Mini (6–8 Weeks): $150: A color tune-up and Olaplex treatment. Includes an optional micro-trim to dust the ends while protecting your length.

  • Standard (12–14 Weeks): $300: A full-service session to maintain your custom color and refine your haircut.

  • Never sleep on wet hair: Damp hair is fragile. If you cannot blow-dry it, use a loose braid or a silk bonnet.

  • The Sulfate-Free Switch: Only use salon-quality, sulfate-free shampoo to protect your Gemstone color.

  • The Leave-In Shortcut: If you skip conditioner in the shower, use a spray-in leave-in conditioner immediately after to seal the hair and prevent tangles.

A home care routine is the bridge between your salon visits. For many of my clients, this isn’t just about hair and skin—it’s about sensory comfort and protecting your investment without it feeling like an overwhelming chore. We focus on “high-yield, low-effort” steps so that even on low-energy days, your self-care stays manageable. By using “body-doubling” logic and grounding textures, these products support your nervous system while they work.

  • The Why: This adds color back into your hair while you wash, eliminating the need for a separate, time-consuming dyeing step.

  • Action: Use a pea-to-quarter size amount on wet hair and lather well. Let it sit for 2–5 minutes.

  • Executive Function Tip: Use those 2–5 minutes for a specific “shower task” like washing your face so you aren’t just waiting.

  • Sensory Tip: If you dislike product on your hands, wear gloves to prevent slight staining and tactile “cling.”

  • The Why: This set is designed to “lock” your color in and prevent fading on days you don’t need a full color refresh.

  • Action: Apply a pea-to-quarter size amount of shampoo to the scalp; follow with the same amount of conditioner from mid-lengths to ends.

  • Sensory Tip: If the transition from hot to cold water is too much, stick to lukewarm water. Comfort is more important than a “cold rinse” rule.

  • The Why: This provides deep hydration and seals the hair cuticle so it reflects light like glass.

  • Action: Once a week, swap your regular conditioner for this treatment. Use a pea-to-quarter size amount and leave for 5 minutes.

  • Sensory Tip: This is a rich, “opalescent” creme. If you are sensitive to heavy textures, keep it strictly on the ends of your hair.

  • The Why: This is your reliable hydration baseline. It reduces frizz and smooths the hair so it’s less prone to tangling later.

  • Action: Use a pea-to-quarter size amount to cleanse the scalp and hydrate the ends.

  • Executive Function Tip: This is your “auto-pilot” set for days when you don’t want to think about “potions” or color maintenance.

  • The Why: This stops tangles before they start, which means less time (and less physical pain) spent brushing your hair later.

  • Action: Mist onto damp hair, or for targeted care, use a pea-to-quarter size amount worked through the ends.

  • Executive Function Tip: Keep this in a visible spot (like your vanity) so it acts as a visual “nudge” to use it after your shower.

  • The Why: This provides a grounding sensory “reset” while deeply hydrating the skin from neck to ankles.

  • Action: Apply a pea-to-quarter size amount (roughly three pumps) to your body.

  • Sensory Tip: Apply while your skin is still damp. It absorbs almost instantly, removing the “sticky” feeling some people dislike with oils.

  • The Why: This uses a sugar base and sanded-down citrine to provide healing properties and “heavy” sensory input that can be very calming for the nervous system.

  • Action: Use a pea-to-quarter size amount on your lips or body.

  • Sensory Tip: Focus on the feeling of the sanded gemstone against your skin—it’s a great way to “ground” yourself if you’re feeling overstimulated. Rinse well!
